Surfing
With its warm tropical waters,
beautiful beaches, clear blue skies, spectacular natural
settings, friendly locals, and incredible variety of waves,
Costa Rica is quickly becoming one of the world’s
favorite surfing playgrounds. Where else can you spend the
morning riding the Caribbean waves and that evening catch
a sunset session on the Pacific. Costa Rica offers dozens
of different types of waves suitable to seasoned veterans,
first timers, and everyone in between.

Experts
Costa Rica offers literally dozens
of different types of waves: point breaks, reef breaks,
shore breaks, tubes, walls, left and right breaking waves
etc. Our job at Green Frog Adventure is to find out where
the best conditions are and we will get you there!
Because of the ever-changing conditions, our expert surf
itineraries are almost never preset – rest assured
you’ll be riding the best waves Costa Rica has to
offer at any given time.

Beginners
Many of the pristine Pacific beaches offer gentle
consistent waves that are perfect for the fledgling surfer.
Our supremely qualified instructors will teach you basic surfing
techniques, wave dynamics, surfing etiquette, and ocean safety.
By the end of the first day, we promise you’ll be standing
up riding the waves like an old pro (well, maybe just standing
up)! You’ll have a solid foundation on which to spend
the rest of your vacation and probably the rest of your life
building on --nobody ever surfs just once! |
